SUMMER 2010 POLICIES
• Payment in full (tuition + materials) is required BEFORE the class begins. A spot cannot be ‘reserved’ without payment.
• Check, Cash, or Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express using PayPal on-line at my site
• Tuition and materials refundable thru the Friday before the class starts for extreme circumstances. Please speak to educator. Open materials sent home are non-refundable.
• If class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, the entire payment is refunded
(minimum of four FAMILIES
to have a class)
• $15 charge on returned checks
• Tuition includes a $15 non-refundable registration fee
• Confirmation emailed or mailed upon paid enrollment
• Please speak to educator about ‘making-up’ a missed Summer class. Please do NOT just ‘show up’ at another class as it may have been canceled due to insufficient enrollment or illness or other unforeseen circumstance.
• If class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstance, you will receive a call the night before or the day of classes.
The class will be made up by adding another class on the following week.
